1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Groww Up ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our platform — whether as an Admin, Business Owner, or customer visiting a review portal — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2 Description of Service
Groww Up is a business-to-business (B2B) platform that enables local businesses to:
- Create and manage Google Review templates for their customers
- Generate unique QR codes that direct customers to review portals
- Use AI-assisted tools to generate review content
- Manage multiple business profiles from a single account
The platform is operated and managed by Groww Up. Access is granted to registered Business Owners and Admins. Customer-facing portals are accessible to the public via QR code.
3 User Accounts
Business Owner accounts are created by the platform Administrator. By using your account, you agree to:
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with anyone
- Immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- Provide accurate information when setting up your business profile
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Groww Up to:
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including consumer protection laws
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
- Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
- Use the platform in any way that could damage its reputation or operation
5 Content & Review Templates
You retain ownership of the review templates and business content you create on the platform. By uploading content, you grant Groww Up a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display this content solely for the purpose of operating the service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your review templates:
- Are honest and not deliberately misleading to consumers
- Comply with applicable advertising and consumer laws
- Do not contain offensive, discriminatory, or illegal material
- Do not infringe on any third-party copyright or trademark
6 AI-Generated Content
Groww Up offers an AI-powered review generation feature using Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude APIs. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content is provided "as-is" and may not always be accurate or appropriate
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before publishing
- Your keywords and business context are sent to third-party AI providers, subject to their terms of service
- Monthly AI generation limits apply as configured by the platform administrator
Groww Up accepts no liability for the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
7 QR Codes & Portals
Each business is assigned a unique QR code that links to a customer-facing review portal. You understand that:
- QR codes have validity periods that can be extended or reduced by the administrator
- Expired or deactivated QR codes will redirect customers to a blocked/expired page
- The portal URL is publicly accessible to anyone who scans the QR code
- You must not use QR codes in a manner that misleads or deceives customers
8 Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Groww Up platform — including its design, code, branding, and functionality — are owned by Groww Up. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform solely for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without prior written consent.
9 Fees & Billing
Groww Up offers paid plans on an annual subscription basis. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to the following:
- All plan prices displayed on the platform are per year and are billed annually from the date of activation
- Subscription fees are payable in advance for the full annual period
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Groww Up reserves the right to revise plan pricing at any time; existing subscriptions will remain at the agreed price until their renewal date
- Renewals are not automatic — the platform administrator or business owner must renew the subscription before or upon expiry to maintain uninterrupted service
- Failure to renew within a reasonable grace period may result in deactivation of your QR codes and review portals
10 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
- AI-generated content will meet your requirements or expectations
- The platform will produce any specific number of Google reviews for your business
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Groww Up shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, data, or reputation.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Groww Up at any time, with or without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Non-payment or non-renewal of annual subscription fees
- Any reason at our sole discretion
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Data associated with your account may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
12 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
